I’ve been working on our organic farm for two years now. I’m responsible for milking the cows and caring for our calves. Before this, I worked as a maternity nurse for 23 years, so caring for others is something I love to do. That passion sparked the idea to turn the cookhouse on our farm into a guesthouse. It has become a wonderful addition: guests get the chance to see what we do, and it’s a unique experience to spend the night right in the middle of the farm. Our cookhouse was standing empty, and this felt like a wonderful opportunity to welcome guests and give them a glimpse into life on the farm.
