Cozy Tiny House by the Water in Värmland, Sweden Welcome to our cozy Tiny house nestled in the heart of nature in beautiful Värmland, near Hagfors. Step inside an oasis of peace and comfort. This charming Tiny house welcomes you with a cozy wood stove and a panoramic view of the water and the surrounding nature from the porch. Upon arrival, you won’t have to worry about a thing: the comfortable double bed is already made for you, and the towels and kitchen towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a percolator for a fresh cup of coffee in the morning sun. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for two or relax with one of the books and games provided. A short walk away (~100 m) are the shower and restroom facilities in the charmingly renovated sheepfold. Here you’ll also find an outdoor kitchen with a fire pit and a picnic table.
Nature and surroundings
Located right on the water and surrounded by forests, this is the perfect place to completely unwind and enjoy nature. The Tiny house is situated in a private spot on our property, far from our own home, allowing you to experience plenty of peace, privacy, and a genuine connection with nature. And, of course, there’s a good chance you’ll spot moose, beavers, and other wildlife. Enjoy a unique stay where the outdoors takes center stage. You’ll have direct access to the water for swimming, fishing, and paddling. We also provide a canoe and a SUP board for our guests. Prefer to relax? Our hammock and cozy grill area are ready for you. On our farm, we raise chickens for eggs and grow organic vegetables—you can pick fresh produce daily to prepare your own meals. Feel free to browse our cozy flea market for fun vintage finds. An authentic countryside experience!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 22 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
