Welcome! In 2026 we converted the left part of our house into a cozy B&B for two people. We only rent out one room so you are always our only guest and you enjoy plenty of peace, privacy and nature. Among other things, you can see birds, squirrels and deer in the immediate vicinity of our B&B. The B&B is located on the lower floor. Via a few steps down you reach the private entrance. This allows you to spend the night partly below ground level, but with an unobstructed view of the nature around the house. Because our B&B can only be reached by stairs, it is unfortunately not suitable for the disabled.
Nature and surroundings
What makes our B&B special is its unique location on the edge of the Leenderbos. From our B&B you walk straight into the forest. The forest next to our house is managed by Brabants Landscape and is characterized by drifting sand plains, heaths and alternating deciduous and coniferous trees. We like to tell you a lot more about the nature around our B&B. There are many species of animals living in the Leenderbos. For example, we ourselves see roe deer almost daily. We ourselves treat all animals with respect and ask the same from our guests. We also come into the forest daily to clean up litter, and we offer to bring or pick up hikers and cyclists if you want to take long walks. For example, the Brabants Vennenpad passes right by our B&B and via various GR trails you can walk to Hamont and the Achelse Kluis, among others.

A really nice place to stay! Nice and cool (which was great, because it was 39 degrees outside during my stay; inside, the temperature stayed at 22.9 degrees, so perfect!). It’s very neat and clean. Everything you need is provided. Teun and Maartje are easy to reach and approachable if you have any questions. The surroundings are beautiful; it’s a wonderful place for biking and hiking. Highly recommended!
