This accommodation, especially for adults! Luxury apartment with underfloor heating and bedroom on the ground floor. A cozy sitting area with garden doors and cozy pellet stove. The spacious kitchen has a large fridge freezer, a combi-oven microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, kettle and nespresso machine. The bathroom with toilet, a sink cabinet and spacious shower. Also located here is a washer / dryer which can optionally be rented. On the (open loft) is the 2nd double bed. The walls in the apartment are covered with loam, which is not only very environmentally friendly but also very attractive. The apartment has its own lockable storage room with power connection for your electric bicycle. The grounds are only accessible to guests and the manager, guaranteeing your privacy. To relieve you as much as possible, bed and kitchen linen is included in the price of this nature house. (Admission age 21+)

The vacation apartment is located in the hamlet Oldendiever, part of the esdorp Diever, full of historical character, equipped with all comforts such as bakery, supermarket, nice stores, various eateries and with regular fun markets or unique village festivities. Enjoy the authentic thatched farmhouses, historic buildings, and many walking and cycling routes through woods, sand drifts and moors in the adjacent national park the Drents- Friese Wold.
