Our cozy Tiny house is a wonderful place for friends, couples, mothers with daughters, and families with children or babies who want to enjoy peace and nature. Upon arrival, the beds will be made, and bath and kitchen towels will be waiting for you. The kitchen is fully equipped with PFAS-free pans, plenty of kitchen utensils, a combination microwave, salt, pepper, olive oil, and a starter supply of coffee and tea. You can listen to your favorite music or podcasts through the Bluetooth speaker. On the covered terrace, you can enjoy the scent of the pine forest, the birdsong, and a relaxing cup of coffee. From May through September, you can also use the shared outdoor pool at the park. Don’t feel like cooking? At the forest park, you’ll find a restaurant where you can dine in or order takeout. There are also several cozy restaurants in Zuidwolde.
Nature and surroundings
The area surrounding this Tiny House offers everything you need for a relaxing yet active vacation surrounded by nature. Just a one-minute walk away, you’ll find a lovely outdoor pool with a children’s pool, perfect for hot summer days. For kids, there’s a small playground and a soccer field where they can play to their heart’s content. Right from the Tiny House, you can set out on beautiful hiking trails and explore the diverse natural surroundings. Cycling and mountain biking enthusiasts will also find plenty to enjoy here, thanks to the many cycling and mountain biking trails that wind through the forests. Bicycles are available for rent at the front desk. There are several museums to visit in the area, and for a relaxing day by the water, Nijstad Beach is just a few kilometers away. Here you can swim, relax, or enjoy a snack and a drink by the water. A visit to the charming village of Orvelte is also a must. This authentic Drenthe village is about a 25-minute drive away and is known for its cozy streets.

We loved the tiny house. It is very well equipped und you can see that the owner puts a lot heart and soul into the house. Some hooks for tea towels etc would‘ve been great (but that’s a tiny tiny thing). Maybe we did not see them?
It was calm - great with kids, very enjoyable.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 24 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
