This lovely, sunny cottage can accommodate 2 people, plus a guest if needed. Outside, there is a lovely, bright porch that greatly expands the living space. Here you’ll find a picnic table and an outdoor seating area. A few hammocks offer just the right amount of blissful comfort after a nice walk in the woods. On sunny days, there’s always both sun and shade! Inside, it features a compact and cozy kitchen with all the standard amenities, such as a microwave, oven, and dishwasher, and a spacious fridge-freezer. The living area features a comfortable sofa and a separate chair (which can also be taken outside onto the veranda). The dining table seats up to 4 people. The cottage has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. In the living room, the sofa bed provides a truly comfortable bed for a guest. For those who love sleeping outdoors, on balmy summer evenings you can use this mattress on the veranda, which is equipped with light curtains.

The cottage is located in a quiet corner of a small vacation park. From the house, you can walk straight into the woods. It’s a beautiful area perfect for hiking and biking. We’ve mapped out a few special hiking trails with great insider tips—places you wouldn’t easily discover on your own. Gorssel also has a lot to offer, including the wonderful More Museum for figurative contemporary art, the Boskoele outdoor pool just around the corner, and several great restaurants, including one on the grounds. Plus, there’s a good selection of all the shops that make a village so pleasant, just about a kilometer away. The surrounding area offers peace, nature, agriculture, and charming old Hanseatic towns like Deventer and Zutphen within cycling distance (there’s also a shed for bikes). In short, plenty to do and also the perfect place to unwind on the lovely, laid-back veranda. Doze off, enjoy a good book, have a nice conversation, and celebrate the good life.
