Both apartments are free in the yard, surrounding orchard, meadow, food forest, orchard, garden and sauna with large (swimming) pond. There is a raft that can be sailed on. There are plenty of birds and if you are lucky you will see a deer in the food forest (in the making, planting 2018). Chickens run free on the erg. Cat Joep has become a regular guest with us.At night you can see a beautiful starry sky, the moon, beautiful sunsets and during the day you can observe beautiful skies. You can relax in our garden and wander around the yard. In season you can pick fruits in the food forest. In the evening you can make a fire or enjoy our sauna. The one apartment is part of 't Leemhuus. There is also a meeting room that is very suitable for a group. The second apartment, where usually only sleeping is done, is an independent part with its own entrance and garden of our house.
Nature and surroundings
From us you can take a walk on estate 't Realaar. We are located 4 km from two villages, Heino and Raalte with both a station( stations cycling in Raalte) and 25 minutes by car to Zwolle and Deventer. Zwolle and Deventer are beautiful Hanseatic cities.We are a very nice starting point for walking and cycling. In the immediate vicinity are several beautiful estates. Kasteel Nijenhuis in Heino is often visited because of a beautiful sculpture garden and art exhibitions in the castle. In that area you can also make beautiful walks. There is also a sculpture garden in Marienheem.For children, the Flierefluiter is just 1 km from us.The Wythmenerplas near Zwolle is a nice swimming facility. There are many good restaurants nearby.
