Nature house in Savogna

The house is renovated in stone and wood according to the typical building typology of the Natisone Valleys, which have as its center of reference Cividale del Friuli, a very pretty Lombard town, rich in history and museums, a Unesco heritage site. Our accommodation is on two levels, with a fully equipped kitchen area, three bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and two large windowed bathrooms, respectively with shower stall and bathtub. It is surrounded by 500sqm of private, fenced and wooded garden in which a century-old linden tree stands out and is furnished with a wooden porch and a barbecue for outdoor dining. It has a small vegetable garden, an orchard, a fountain with drinking water and can accommodate your cars. Our house is ideal for a large family, a group of friends or even two families. The house and garden are for your exclusive use.

It is a suitable location for walks among the green nature trails discovering the silence of the ancient rural villages characterizing the area: Tercimonte, Masseris, Dus, Jellina, Losaz, Montemaggiore, Polava, Topolò, etc. It is located 560m towards the peak of Mount Matajur 1650m, on which you can follow hiking trails. Descending the valley, it is pleasant to stop in the natural sandy coves hidden among the vegetation such as the freshwater beaches of Biarzo and Purgessimo in San Pietro al Natisone and reach the Kot waterfalls. Alternatively, 70 km away are the larger beaches of Grado, with black sand and very salty water. Our facility is convenient for visiting all of Slovenija: the nearby historic town of Kobarid, the emerald-colored creeks of the Soča River, the picturesque Seven Lakes Valley with Triglav National Park, Most Na Soci Lake, and Mount Kolovrat with the trenches of WWI.
