The ground floor features a spacious farmhouse kitchen with modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, coffee machines) and a sitting area with TV and pellet stove. The master bedroom with private bathroom is also located here. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom. Each room offers views of the surrounding nature. Outside you dine on the terrace overlooking walnut trees and the olive grove. For total relaxation, there is the natural swimming pool with a shallow "plage" (20 cm of water), ideal for sunbathing or cooling off. The perfect base between the mountains and the sea.
