This nature house a super cozy cottage, in a beautiful location! In nature and yet within a nice biking or walking distance from the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer. The cottage is the old porter's house of Rande Estate, and is also located at the foot of this beautiful estate. In the middle of the estate in the big beautiful country house is a restaurant, a nice place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner.This nature house is located at the edge of the woods with a small water, in nature. Spiders or insects or other critters will sometimes show up here faster, that's kind of part of it. So the cottage has 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs), 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with toilet and a third toilet on the ground floor. Around the house is a lovely private garden where it is lovely to stay with good weather!

The location of the cottage is super ideal, nice in nature, near the river IJssel, ( with nice beaches too ). Right on the dike, between Deventer and Zwolle. walking and cycling can be wonderful here, there are many routes available. Deventer center is 3 km away and there is on on. 800 meters a bus stop. Especially the variety makes it unique, castles and Havezate, quaint villages, the river IJssel with the Hanseatic cities. Many museums, Paleis het Loo and the fun events in Deventer, all near the beautiful floodplains and nature!

Cottage is cozy and spacious enough but needs some attention here and there. Landlord responds quickly, there was no kettle and that was immediately brought
Huisjes is gezellig en ruim genoeg maar heeft hier en daar wel nog wat aandacht nodig. Verhuurder reageert snel, er was geen waterkoker en die werd meteen gebracht
