The apartment is part of a stone farmhouse end 800 all on the ground floor where other apartments have been obtained and the saltwater pool is for common use We are on a hill in the open countryside immersed in 80000 square meters of our property between olive groves and cultivated land and a few km from the beautiful village of Colonnella A 7 km away about 15 minutes by road we find the first beaches and the sea in the towns of Martinsicuro and Villa Rosa and Porto d'Ascoli/San Benedetto del Tronto. The property can be considered a mini residence with five different units, each of which has an outdoor patio or veranda where you can have lunch or rest Each apartment has a private bathroom and shower, and available to all there is a washing machine and barbecue The pool is for common use
Nature and surroundings
Our property surrounded by greenery and silence is the ideal environment for those seeking rest and want to refresh themselves away from the noise of traffic and dak urban fabric polluted by the noise of traffic is of industries. We have many olive trees and produce our own extra virgin olive oil and some fruit trees useful to produce some jams and marmalades Bordering our property there is a stream where if you are lucky you can meet and see some crayfish. Nature is unspoiled and you can see many birds including buzzards circling in the air The green woodpecker with its elegant flight, the beautiful hoopoe with its black and white crest Magpies and jays with white and brown plumage Occasionally it is not uncommon to see squirrels moving among the branches of the plants In the evening if particularly lucky,rarely,you can meet badgers and foxes and hear and see little owls
