This house formerly housed the grape press and winery. It has two double rooms, a bathroom, an individualized shower unit, a lounge with fireplace/heat recoverer, kitchen and exterior patio with furniture. There's also a private barbecue with the most amazing view, ready to allow you to slowly ptrepare your meals. The house is fully climatised and is equipped with strong wi-fi, cable TV , sound system and the best view you can imagine.
Nature and surroundings
The concept was to create the most Ecofriendly house possible with all that current technologies allows. Following a philosophy of sustainability, we have three high ecological houses (avoiding the use of fossil fuels), in complete harmony with the surrounding environment, integrated within the landscape and preserving the original trees and forest areas. Using ruins of 19th century farm, respecting traditional architectural styles, we rebuilt the houses, incorporating full modern comforts and state-of-the-art insulation technologies in order to provide maximum comfort, with the minimum energy consumption, at any season of the year. And because Eco does not means discomfort, the houses are equipped with 21th century comfort equipments: strog internet, tv,, sound system, etc
