On the ground floor is a bedroom for 2 people with a TV. The bathroom has a shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet. The utility room is equipped with a washer and dryer. On the upper floor are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds and a TV. Bathroom with shower and toilet. This vacation home has a terrace and veranda with patio furniture and lounge chairs. Garden with a fire pit (please bring your own firewood). Extras: Free Wi-Fi. There is a covered bike shed with power outlets. You have a spacious parking area.
Nature and surroundings
Vacation home on 18,000 m² of land on the Hoge Berg, with a hot tub. Location: This detached vacation home is quietly situated on the Texel estate Het Eikenbossie. Het Eikenbossie is located on Skillepaadje in the iconic Hoge Berg landscape, tucked away among the trees on a large private property. A beautiful estate of nearly 2 hectares, hidden behind a row of trees in a sheltered hollow that was created when sand was excavated in the 1930s for dike construction. In the area, you can walk along narrow paths and among the characteristic garden embankments. The Skillepaadje is a beautiful bike path leading to the fishing village of Oudeschild, where you’ll find the harbor and the Kaap Skil museum. The Texel Beer Brewery and the Pick-Your-Own Garden are 800 meters away. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets are located 3 kilometers away in Den Burg and 2 kilometers away in Oudeschild. There is plenty of space to play on the Eikenbossie’s private grounds. Several picnic tables have also been placed on the estate.
