This spacious, three-story, detached house is situated right in the middle of the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. It’s fully equipped and offers a view of the water. There’s a wood stove in the center of the living room, and plenty of cool spots in the summer, making it a wonderful place to relax indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, a spacious oven, and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals together at the dining table indoors, or outside in the garden on one of the patios—or cozy up under the porch. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the basement. There are two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and one Auping bed. On the First floor, on a mezzanine level, there is an open-concept bedroom with another double bed. The basement features an additional sitting area. With no fewer than five private outdoor terraces, including two cozy verandas—one of which has a wood stove—there’s always a spot to relax. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the heart of the Kraaijenbergse Plassen. The Kraaijenbergse Plassen is a vast lake district comprising more than 475 hectares of water and 200 hectares of nature in the Land van Cuijk, which is located in the northeastern part of the province of North Brabant. It comprises the regions of Grave, Cuijk, Mill and Sint Hubert, Boxmeer, and Sint Anthonis. The Kraaijenbergse Plassen area spans the regions of Cuijk and Grave and is one of the largest wetland areas in North Brabant. The Kraaij is ideal for birdwatching, water sports, and beach recreation. In addition, visitors can explore nature via 15.5 km of hiking and biking trails. There are also beautiful hiking and biking trails in the surrounding area, such as the N70 in Beek or the Walk of Wisdom. There is also plenty to experience culturally, with Nijmegen, the fortified town of Grave, and Cuijk all within a short distance.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
