With a generous plot of no less than 2500 m², this house offers complete privacy and a relaxing stay in the middle of nature. The villa is stylishly furnished and suitable for up to 8 people. Inside you will find two spacious living rooms, a spacious and luxurious kitchen, a large dining table to enjoy together and no less than 5 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets.Outside, the real enjoyment begins. Relax in the hot tub under the stars or completely unwind in the sauna. The covered terrace allows you to sit outside in any season and enjoy the peace and space around you. For relaxation and entertainment, there is a large attic equipped with an exercise bike, punching bag, ping-pong table and dartboard - ideal for both active and relaxing moments.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in the quiet outskirts of Gemert, surrounded by vast meadows, forests and winding country roads. Directly from the house you walk or cycle into nature, along beautiful paths, forest edges and open fields where you can fully enjoy peace, space and the Brabant landscape. A short distance away is the atmospheric Gemert Castle, a special place with a rich history and characteristic appearance. A visit to the Boerenbondsmuseum is also worthwhile, where you can experience the authentic village life of the past. In the vicinity you also regularly pass farms and meadows with animals, including alpacas, creating a relaxed and rural atmosphere. Within about 30 minutes you can reach cities such as Eindhoven and Den Bosch. The location combines nature, culture and relaxation and makes this the ideal place for a wonderful stay.
