“Enjoy nature in Sweden—a cozy, charming lodge with a wood stove, located by a swimming lake and with deer and moose in the backyard.” This delightful nature lodge is located in the heart of Sweden, in the province of Värmland. A peaceful place to relax and enjoy yourself. A swimming lake right outside the door where you can also go canoeing, boating, stand-up paddleboarding, and fishing. The nature house is comfortable, fully equipped, and suitable for up to four people. Built entirely of wood in 2026, the lodge features one bedroom with a double bed and another with a bunk bed. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stovetop and a refrigerator, among other amenities. A private shower and composting toilet are available. A cozy wood stove is provided. The adjoining patio with patio furniture offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the tranquility and perhaps spot a moose or deer. In winter, you can go ice skating on the lake, and a ski resort is just a 1-hour drive away.
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is located in the southeastern part of Värmland Province. Situated between Filipstad and Storfors, it’s centrally located in the heart of nature, yet with all amenities just a short distance away. Major cities such as Örebro, Karlstad, and Kristinehamn are within driving distance. The surrounding area features many lakes and canals of the Bergslagen region and stretches of vast forests, where you’ll often spot wildlife. There’s plenty to do in the immediate area: mountain biking, hiking, fika at the Bjürbackens slüsscafé, stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, boating, and walking. On the property, you can use a fire pit, and a small boat is available upon request. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing in the surrounding nature, and ski resorts are about a 1-hour drive away. Winter BBQ, ice skating, etc.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund

- Minimum age of main booker: 20 years.

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
