Located in the middle of nature and a short distance from the dunes and beach of Petten, the safari tent is spacious and cozily furnished. Inside you will find comfortable beds, a practical kitchen to prepare your own food and enough space to relax together after a day outdoors. At the front of the tent is a spacious terrace with veranda. Here you can have a quiet breakfast, enjoy the outdoors or sit together in the evening while the fire basket provides extra warmth and atmosphere. This safari tent is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends, close to the sea, beach and dunes. Pets are welcome for a fee (maximum 1).
Nature and surroundings
The campsite is located in a quiet area among the bulb fields and overlooking the dunes. Especially in spring this is a beautiful place when the tulip fields are in bloom.The dunes are about 5 minutes walk and the beach of Sint Maartenszee and Petten you reach within about 20 minutes walk. The area is ideal for beautiful walks and bike rides through nature and along the coast.About 9 kilometers away is the village of Schoorl, known for the highest dune in the Netherlands and the impressive nature reserve the Schoorl Dunes.Also Callantsoog is a cozy coastal village with nice beach pavilions and the famous ice cream parlor IJsie Prima, several times voted the best ice cream in the Netherlands.
