The campsite is located in the middle of the colorful bulb fields and overlooking the dunes. In the spring, this is a beautiful place to stay when the tulip fields are in bloom. The dunes are about a 5-minute walk away and you can also reach the beaches of Sint Maartenszee and Petten within about a 20-minute walk. The area is also perfect for beautiful cycling and walking routes through nature reserves and along the coast. A short distance away is the cozy village of Schoorl (about 9 km), known for the highest dune in the Netherlands and the beautiful Schoorl Dunes. Callantsoog is also worth a visit: an attractive coastal village with nice beach pavilions and of course the famous ice cream parlor IJsie Prima, several times voted the best ice cream in the Netherlands.
