ew March 2026! The Balcony Room is a large, bright room on the second floor of the castle. Private bathroom with bathtub and shower. Extra large (220x180) double bed. And a (very small) balcony. The owner inhabits the castle, and generally there are only a few people. The atmosphere is informal. Ideal for people looking for a quiet, informal environment. Breakfast included.

The castle is located in a beautiful private property of 20 acres, with a large pond, vegetable garden, orchard and otherwise mostly forest. In summer you can swim in the heated pool. The castle is managed by a V.Z.W. (Foundation in Belgium), and all income goes to the maintenance of the castle and the woods. In the vicinity are nice trips to make. What an extraordinary building in a beautiful place. It spacious yet feels warm and cozy. We had wonderful weather, so the pool came out beautifully too.
Wat een bijzonder gebouw op een mooie plek. Het ruim maar voelt toch warm en gezellig. Wij hadden heerlijk weer, dus het zwembad kwam ook prachtig uit.
This is truly a gem! Beautiful surroundings, incredibly comfortable, spacious room (with great views!) and two super sweet hosts. The estate is spacious but easy to oversee and has a bit of everything; water, forest, vast fields and a beautiful vegetable garden. Timo and Marian are really very attentive and thoughtful. They know all the most beautiful places on the estate itself and in the wider area. I already miss the breakfasts. We look forward to coming again.
