Bed and breakfast in the quiet countryside between Zundert and Rijsbergen. The B&B is located next to our house, a charming monumental farmhouse that has been completely renovated. Parking is available on site, also a charging station for electric vehicles is available. The former farm is located on a plot of 1 hectare with an adjacent tree nursery with old fruit varieties of 5 hectares of our family. The apartment on the ground floor has a hall with adjoining toilet, large living room, sink, bedroom with bathroom. The living room has a sink, (sleeping) couch and dining table with four chairs. The bedroom has a double bed (with award-winning Matt Sleeps mattress). Optionally, a baby bed can be added. On the side of the hall is the main entrance that provides access to the square with parking. The apartment also has a private rear leading to a private garden with seating area. Optional breakfast can be added.

Breda is around the corner and plenty of biking and hiking routes in the area. Cycling and hiking is possible directly from the house. The house is located between node 4 and 70 of the cycling route. Also hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Very friendly and good!
Zeer vriendelijk en goed!
We were received very hospitably and enjoyed our stay and a delicious full breakfast. The room is new, clean and cozy. The bed is comfortable. Outside is a nice seating area overlooking meadows The windmills (further away) are largely hidden from view by planting.We definitely recommend this cottage
We zijn zeer gastvrij ontvangen en hebben genoten van ons verblijf en een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. De ruimte is nieuw, schoon en sfeervol. Het bed is comfortabel. Buiten is een fijn zitje met zicht op weilanden De windmolens(verderop) worden door beplanting grotendeels aan het oog onttrokken.
