Beautiful spacious villa, in total for max 8 people. Large kitchen, living room with lovely corner sofa and wood stove, 3 bedrooms and 1 extra bed in the spacious hall upstairs. 1 (master) bedroom with fireplace. Office/extra sitting/reading room. Bathroom with rain shower. Located completely detached on 3 acres of private land. At the back you walk straight into the forest / up the mountain with many hiking trails. At the front is 50 meters walk to the river Klarälven. With beach where you can enter the water. Swimming or canoeing. The house is energy independent and tenants who are interested in this can learn about it and get information. This is no obligation of course. Mid-April is the renovation of the inside of the house ready, then here will be pictures of it.
Nature and surroundings
Space and quiet, many beautiful and well-known hiking trails nearby. Waterfall Fämtfallet on the other side of the river. Torby and Eksharad are cozy villages nearby where many supermarkets and restaurants. 15 km from Bränas, a known and beautiful / cozy ski area. Open from 15 Dec to 15 April. Snow. Several lakes nearby for swimming in summer and in winter several cross-country ski trails nearby. Near river Klarälven where in summer there is the possibility of rafting or canoeing down the river. In winter several husky farms nearby for a husky ride.
