A nature house from the book! The perfect base for nature and especially bird lovers. The completely renovated cottage (2022) is fully equipped and sustainably built. Minimalist/scandinavian decor with views of the dune from the living room. The kitchen has an induction hob with 4 burners, in addition the cottage has an oven and dishwasher. The garden surrounding the cottage is over 570 m2 and is designed as a nature garden, with an eye for native flowers and shrubs.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located on the edge of the Muy and Slufter. Within a few minutes you are walking in unique nature that you hardly find in the Netherlands anymore. These areas are a year-round feast for the true nature lover. The nature house is located in the small green park Tamarisk with only 25 houses. The park actually only has a small playground with a ping-pong table and a lawn. With the bicycle path in front of the door, you are in no time at the various nature spots that Texel has to offer. Texel is one of the few places in the Netherlands where it is still really dark at night, the starry sky is overwhelming.
