You will stay in a luxury tent for 1 to 6 people where the outdoor feeling of camping is combined with comfortable convenience. The tent is spacious and attractively furnished and has two separate sleeping areas: one bedroom with a double bed and one room with two bunk beds. Inside you have your own toilet and sink, showering in the nearby sanitary building. The fully equipped kitchen connects to a cozy living area, so you can cook, eat and relax together. Thanks to the heating it is also pleasant in the tent on cooler days. Outside, you can enjoy long, cozy moments in the fresh air on the veranda with chairs and a picnic table. And you can experience all this on a dairy farm on the island of Goeree-Overflakkee. Here the cows walk in the meadow, you can watch calves up close and children discover life on the farm in a playful way.
Nature and surroundings
The farm is located in the middle of the vast polder landscape of Goeree Overflakkee, an island where peace, space and nature are still abundant. From the tent you look out over green fields, long dikes and the typical Dutch skies that change color here every day. It is a place where children can play outside endlessly and where you as a parent can automatically switch down a gear. In the area you can enjoy cycling and walking along the quiet polder roads and dikes. On the way you pass fields, small villages and beautiful nature reserves where you regularly spot birds such as geese, meadow birds and sometimes even a bird of prey hovering above the land. Water is also nearby. The Haringvliet is a short distance away and offers beautiful places to walk or enjoy the view. And those who fancy a day at the beach can be on the wide beaches of Ouddorp on the North Sea within half an hour. Thus, the area combines the best of farmland with water, dunes & beach
