In this super-luxury tent you will enjoy high-level comfort with lovely pellet stove for heating. The kids sleep in the cool Hay Hay sleeping loft, while you cook in the extra large kitchen with dishwasher. Thanks to the wooden roof, the tent is wonderfully insulated and extra comfortable. Of course the private bathroom is not missing either, complete with toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower. And all that right on the edge of the forest in Drenthe. Less than 100 meters away is a forest lake where you can swim or even supper on sunny days. In the yard everything revolves around horses and ponies (more than 50!), with indoor and outdoor riding arena: learn to ride, take care of your "own" cuddly pony or go along on a quiet forest ride. Also living there are alpacas, goats, donkeys, pigs, rabbits and chickens - guaranteed a colorful animal mess. While the kids play and cuddle animals, you plop down on the farm terrace with something tasty.
Nature and surroundings
Farm De Bosrand is located, as the name implies, right on the edge of the forest in green Drenthe. Here you step from the yard straight into nature. Dense forests, quiet dirt roads and vast nature reserves invite you to endless walking, cycling or just strolling around with the kids. A short distance away is a beautiful forest lake where you can swim or paddle on warm days. In the vicinity you will also find beautiful nature reserves such as the Dwingelderveld, with moors, fens and a good chance of encountering sheep or a shepherd with his flock. Or head out to National Park Drents-Friese Wold, where forests, shifting sands and winding bike paths alternate. Back at the farm it feels like you are living in the middle of nature: quiet, green and with always something to discover.
