The Luxe Farmtent (1-6p) is perfect for those who want to combine the outdoors with the comforts of home. Inside you will find a cozy living area, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge with freezer compartment and espresso machine. The tent has two separate sleeping areas: one bedroom with a double bed and one with bunk beds. Extra nice is that you have your own bathroom in the tent, with shower, sink and toilet. Thanks to the heating it stays pleasant inside even on cooler days. So you can enjoy the real camping feeling, but with all conveniences at your fingertips. And all that on a farm right on the edge of the forest in Drenthe. Less than 100 meters away is a forest lake where you can swim on sunny days. In the yard everything revolves around horses and ponies, as well as alpacas, goats, donkeys, pigs, rabbits and chickens - a real animal mess.
Nature and surroundings
Farm De Bosrand is located, as the name implies, right on the edge of the forest in green Drenthe. Here you step from the yard straight into nature. Dense forests, quiet dirt roads and vast nature reserves invite you to endless walking, cycling or just strolling around with the kids. A short distance away is a beautiful forest lake where you can swim or paddle on warm days. In the vicinity you will also find beautiful nature reserves such as the Dwingelderveld, with moors, fens and a good chance of encountering sheep or a shepherd with his flock. Or head out to National Park Drents-Friese Wold, where forests, shifting sands and winding bike paths alternate. Back at the farm it feels like you are living in the middle of nature: quiet, green and with always something to discover.
