This nature house is a cozy and attractively furnished wooden chalet heated by two pellet stoves. Gas is used only for cooking. Hot water is provided by an 80-liter water heater. It is surrounded by nature and tranquility, as well as beautiful views of the countryside. Nearby is the natural swimming area known as the Kibbelkoele and many beautiful forest hiking trails. A hunebed called “De Papelozekerk” is just a 5-minute walk away. Of course, there are countless bike paths and hiking trails, such as “Het Pieterpad,” the “Veenbesroute,” and the “Vosseroute.” An information folder is available at the Hoenderhof to help you explore the surrounding area.
