Our apartment can accommodate up to 9 people and is very cozy and rustic, furnished with great attention to detail. It features reclaimed wood throughout, a cozy living room with an open fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything your heart desires. The centerpiece of the living area is undoubtedly the bar, where a drink or two in the evening is a must. The apartment features three solid-wood double bedrooms—truly charming and rustic in the Tyrolean style—as well as a triple room and two new bathrooms with showers and toilets. The apartment also features a large storage room for groceries and freezer space, as well as a beautiful solid-wood sauna. A ski dryer and ski storage room are available! A highlight is our lovely sun terrace, perfect for both winter and summer; a charming little wine arbor invites you to relax, enjoy a drink, and have a meal. Of course, you’ll also have your own grill in the garden at your disposal, making your summer nights perfect. Dogs are warmly welcome here.

Situated in a sunny and peaceful location at 1,100 meters, our beautiful apartment is on our farm, where we run our own horse breeding program and dairy operation. Children are welcome to explore the farm, and we’d be happy to teach you a bit more about farming. Since we produce our own products—including cheese, yogurt, and butter—you’re welcome to purchase them from us here at the alpine pasture. Our Bischofer Käsealm is just 2.2 km away and is well worth a visit. You can start your hikes and mountain bike tours right from our doorstep—the location is perfect! The town center is a 5-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. The ski lift is only 2 km away, but you won’t need a car because the ski bus stops right in front of the apartment for our guests. With the Alpbachtal Card, you’ll receive many discounts, and in the summer, the lift is even free, along with many other perks. Bedding and towels are included!
