This cozy 60 m² vacation home is located in a rural setting and can accommodate 4–6 people. It is available for rent year-round. The house has two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), and a double sofa bed. The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring all the amenities you need, such as a combination microwave, range hood, 4-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots, dishes, silverware, mugs, and glasses. The cozy living room features a comfortable sofa (double sofa bed), a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning, and a cozy wood stove. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. There is a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a shower, sink, and a coin-operated washing machine. You’ll have a private parking space and a spacious garden with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the mountain featuring the letters “Hammarstrand.” Barbecue facilities are also available.

This nature house, located in the charming town of Hammarstrand in the province of Jämtland, is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of the Swedish countryside. The area is known for its unspoiled landscapes, vast forests, and the Indalsälven River, making it an ideal base for nature lovers, those seeking peace and quiet, and adventurers. From the villa, you can go on various hikes. In both summer and winter, you can spot roe deer and moose right from the villa. Just 800 meters from the villa, you’ll find two supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, and a health center. Just four minutes from the accommodation is the local ski slope (Kullstabacken) in Hammarstrand, ideal for leisurely skiing, snowboarding, or tobogganing. There are also opportunities for snowmobile safaris, dog-sledding, and ice fishing. The surrounding area is perfect for guided hikes, beaver and moose safaris, fly fishing, and canoe trips.
