This cozy vacation home of 60 m² is located in a rural area and can accommodate 4-6 people. It is available for rent all year round. The house consists of two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a double sofa bed. The house has a cozy living room with a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with all amenities such as a combination microwave, extractor hood, 4-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, pans, dishes, cutlery, mugs and glasses. The cozy living room has a comfortable sofa (double sofa bed), a dining table with chairs, a TV, air conditioning and cozy wood stove. WiFi is available free of charge. There is a separate toilet and a separate shower room with a shower, sink and coin-operated washing machine. You have private parking and a spacious garden with comfortable chairs and a table overlooking the mountain with the letters "Hammarstrand". Barbecue facilities are also available.

This nature house, located in charming Hammarstrand in the province of Jämtland, is an oasis of peace in the heart of Swedish nature. The area is known for its pristine landscapes, vast forests and the river Indalsälven, making it an ideal base for nature lovers, peace seekers and adventurers. From the villa you can take several walks. In summer and winter you can spot deer and elk from the villa. At 800 meters from the villa there are 2 supermarkets, restaurants, bakery and a health center. Just four minutes from the accommodation is the local ski slope (Kullstabacken) in Hammarstrand, ideal for quiet skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing. There are also opportunities for snowmobile safaris, dog sledding and ice fishing. The area is perfect for guided hikes, beaver and moose safaris, fly-fishing and canoe trips.
