Nature house in Asten

Our camping area is open again starting March 7: The cottages, like the tractor cabins, have a kitchen with all the necessities and sleep four. There is a double bed and two bunk beds. In addition, the cottages also have their own toilet and shower, hot water and TV. The cottages cover an area of about 23 m2 and are designed as a hotel room. They are one room with a lockable toilet and shower. Pillows and comforters are provided, bed and kitchen linen can be rented for € 6, - p.p. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

National Park De Groote Peel: A 10-minute walk from the campground takes you to this large contiguous nature reserve where you will not see a sign or lamppost in hours of walking. This bog area shows you endless vistas and many bird species. From the campsite you can follow a beautiful route to the visitor center right through the National Park. After a break and lunch you can walk back via another route. You are then about 5 hours on the road. Beware ! Several areas are partially closed during the breeding season from March 15 to July 15 and during the migration season from October 15 to November 30. This includes the entrance from the campsite. However, there are plenty of sections that are open year-round. Neerkant Woods: You cross this hilly forest area after about 10 minutes when hiking to Neerkant. The forest is also home to a trim trail and a number of mountain bike routes.
