Come enjoy the beauty of Twente. We are Nico and Dimphna, and we’ve been renting out our nature house (with air conditioning) since 2026. We live in the countryside near Harbrinkhoek. Our nature house accommodates 2 people and is attached to our own home. Everything is on one level and fully equipped with all modern conveniences. The house consists of an entryway, a toilet, a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and a small freezer. From the entryway, you enter the living room, which is equipped with a TV, internet, and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, combination microwave, coffee bean machine, and electric kettle. From the living room, you enter the bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200), built-in closets, and an adjoining bathroom. There is also a toilet here. You can store your bicycles under the carport, which includes a charging station. Our nature house is located in Harbrinkhoek, a small village on the outskirts of Almelo and close to the beautiful towns of Tubbergen, Vasse, Ootmarsum, Delden, and others. The Markgravenbeek stream flows past our cottage, and it features a weir with a fish ladder right on site. There’s also a walking trail along the stream, making this a wonderful place for a stroll. The stream flows from Almelo to Tubbergen. Cycling is also wonderful in this area. There are beautiful nature reserves here, such as the Hondeven, the Springendal, and Engbertsdijkvenen.
