All of our rooms are located next to our natural pond. From the pond-view room, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the water. The beds in both double rooms are box springs and can be joined to form a double bed if desired. Waking up to the sounds of nature is a special experience that allows you to completely unwind. You’ll never stop marveling at the animals living in the wild. The communal dining area with a sitting area opens onto the courtyard and nature garden, where our prized walnut tree welcomes our guests. Come enjoy the covered area and/or the waterfront terrace for direct contact with nature. Peace, space, and inspiration—that’s what you’ll find here in an authentic setting. We appreciate nature and are aware of just how valuable and vital it is to us. Nature lovers are most welcome here!
Nature and surroundings
Our nature area is located in Zottegem, sometimes referred to as the gateway to the Flemish Ardennes. There are many activities to enjoy in the surrounding area. First and foremost, hiking and biking (especially along the Tour of Flanders route) are very popular here. There are many marked hiking and biking trails that are easy to follow, whether using a map or a digital app. Rustic villages and charming spots where you can enjoy a friendly chat abound. In the surrounding area, you can savor local specialties. Let yourself be surprised by all the possibilities! Zottegem is conveniently located; major cities in Belgium, such as Brussels and Ghent, are easily accessible, and the town center is within easy walking distance via rural roads.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €200.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 12.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
