The Kingfisher cottage is situated in the beautiful UNESCO Geopark of Extinct Volcanos. It is surranded by old trees. A small river with some cascades flows on one of its side. The house offers a view over the highest Volcanos Ostrzyca. Guests can find a sauna, a roofted sited area with a grill in the garden. Summer time there is a swimming pool available. Guests can enjoy making a fire outside. The garden is big and versitile. The neiberhood offers horseriding, alpaka walks, kayaking, hołd planning, Agata searching, hikes of various difficulties (as well for children). One can attend mamy workshops.
Nature and surroundings
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. They are all located upstairs. Downstairs one can find a fully equipped kitchen, a dinning room, a sitying room. The house was built in 1790 and was renovated with traditional techniques with natural materials: Clay, wood, stone. It recieved an award in 2022 for the best renovation in Lower Silesia. It offers a fire place for colder days (however it is heated by central heating in generał). It is easy to work on-line as it provides fast internet. There is an old linden tree growing next to the house giving it a nice shade. The tree is about 400 Yeats old.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
