A truly unique location. Biej os Oma is a small village of mobile homes on the outskirts of Netersel in the Brabantse Kempen. The entire village is at your disposal and equipped with every luxury. You’ll have access to a covered courtyard with an outdoor kitchen—all in Grandma’s style. You can purchase various items at an old-fashioned grocery store. A luxurious, spacious bathroom/recreation room is located on the courtyard, complete with a separate toilet. The “Biej os oma” mobile home is equipped with all modern conveniences, including its own dishes, silverware, kitchen linens, bedding, towels, a coffee maker, a kettle, coffee, tea, a refrigerator, a fan, and a small heater. There are plenty of electrical outlets. Breakfast is available in the refrigerator (for an additional fee), and fresh bread is delivered in the morning. This way, you can decide for yourself what time you want to have breakfast and, depending on the weather, whether you’d like to eat it inside the mobile home or outside under the gazebo. Parking is available on the property, and there is a locked bike shed.
Nature and surroundings
From Pipowagenplein, you have a view of farmland and wooded areas. Within two minutes, you’ll reach the Neterselse Heide, a nature reserve that blends into the Landgoed de Utrecht estate, among others. Several other estates are clustered together in the area, making biking and hiking an experience that lets you feel at one with nature. The Kempen region is known for its unique, picturesque villages surrounded by nature. The region is highly appreciated by horseback riders and carriage drivers, and certainly by mountain bikers as well. No matter which direction you head, you’ll immediately find yourself in a beautiful nature reserve—or, if you prefer, at De Beekse Bergen Safari Park. The entire region exudes peace and space and is so vast that we never experience crowded days out in nature. We have our own cycling routes and are familiar with several charming restaurants in the area. A stay at Biej os Oma isn’t just a quick getaway—it’s an experience of nature, tranquility, open spaces, and vintage treasures!

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
