This is a restored wooden house of more than 100 years old and one of the oldest houses in the village of Zece Hotare. This house is located on a shared plot of land with 1 other cottage and 4 glamping tents, though at enough distance not to be bothered by the other guests (40-80m). The house has two bedrooms on the second floor. One bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. All beds are equipped with high quality mattresses. On the ground floor are the living room, kitchen and bathroom with walk-in shower. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. The house is furnished and decorated with traditional items such as old woolen rugs, local pottery and authentic furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots and pans, cutlery. In short, all the necessities for preparing a meal. The house has its own veranda and a small private front garden.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in northwestern Romania close to the Hungarian border. The entire area of over 8 Hectares and its surroundings are under Natura2000. Nearby you will find a number of spectacular caves including, Pestera Vadu Crisului, Hunguru Mare, Moanei and the longest cave in Europe, Pestera Vintului. For those who want to drive a little further (about 70 minutes), there are many more spectacular options. What can you do with us: -Several beautiful hiking and biking routes. -Dozens of via Ferrata climbing routes -Rafting and Canoeing -Visiting caves -learning to recognize medicinal plants and mushrooms Our location in western Transylvania makes it ideal for the start or end of round trips in Romania.

After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
