Welcome to this nature house.This cottage is located in the remote village of Zece Hotare.It is a Romanian traditional house, built with wooden beams and is at least 90 years old. Decorated to resemble a traditional house but with the comforts of modern houses, it is a detached house with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living room. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with premium mattress. In the living room there is a sofa bed suitable for two people.The kitchen is equipped with gas stove, pans, plates, cutlery, refrigerator, so all the necessities for good cooking.Also, the house has a nice porch where you can enjoy your coffee and a spacious front garden.In the cold months, this house is heated with a wood stove and underfloor heating.
Nature and surroundings
The house is located in northwestern Romania close to the Hungarian border. The entire area of over 8 Hectares and its surroundings are under Natura2000. Nearby you will find a number of spectacular caves including, Pestera Vadu Crisului, Hunguru Mare, Moanei and the longest cave in Europe, Pestera Vintului. For those who want to drive a little further (about 70 minutes), there are many more spectacular options. What can you do with us: -Several beautiful hiking and biking routes. -Dozens of via Ferrata climbing routes -Rafting and Canoeing -Visiting caves -learning to recognize medicinal plants and mushrooms Our location in western Transylvania makes it ideal for the start or end of round trips in Romania.
