Nature house in Een

The cottage was perfect in terms of space and, above all, kitchen amenities.

- The living room floor was very dirty upon arrival, which resulted in our bare feet getting dirty
- The outdoor cushions were so filthy that they were unusable
- A small shelf or something similar in the shower on the first floor would be handy for shampoo and such

Huisje qua ruimte en vooral keukenuitrusting was perfect.

- de huiskamervloer was bij aankomst heel vies met blote zwarte voeten als gevolg
- de buitenkussens waren zo smerig dat deze onbruikbaar waren
- een klein plankje o.i.d. in de douche op 1e verdieping zou handig zijn voor shampoo e.d.

The four of us—as friends—had a really fun and enjoyable week.

We hebben - als 4 vriendinnen - een heel leuke en gezellige week gehad.

We felt right at home in the house. Plenty of space, well-furnished, and everything you need was there. Thanks to the overhanging roof and the tall trees all around, the house stayed pleasantly cool even during the sometimes very warm weather we experienced on our vacation. Outside, there were lovely shaded spots, and the nearby lake is idyllic. The peace and quiet there is wonderful. Only in the late morning, starting around 11 a.m., should you expect to hear trumpet playing in the neighborhood for a few hours. Timing-wise, though, that was fine for us. If you’re staying at this house later in the season, be aware that the ground floor is quite dim due to the shade, despite the large windows. The box-spring beds were supposed to be new—that may be true—but the mattresses were very soft, so my husband and son had back problems in the morning. Otherwise, the house was great, and so was the location.

Wir haben uns in dem Haus gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Viel Platz, gut eingerichtet, alles da , was man braucht. Durch den Dachüberstand und die hohen Bäume ringsum, war das Haus bei der teils sehr warmen Witterung in unserem Urlaub angenehm kühl. Draußen gab es schöne Schattenplätze und der See in der Nachbarschaft ist idyllisch. Die Ruhe dort ist toll. Nur am späten Vormittag, ca. ab 11 Uhr muss man für einige Stunden mit Trompetenspiel in der Nachbarschaft rechnen. Von der Zeit her, war das für uns aber okay. Fährt man zur späteren Jahreszeit in dieses Haus, sollte man wisen, dass das Erdgeschoss durch die Beschattung trotz großer Fensterfronten ziemlich dämmrig ist. Die Boxspringbetten sollten neu sein, dem mag so sein, aber die Matratzen waren sehr weich, sodass mein Mann und mein Sohn morgens Rückenprobleme hatten. Ansonsten war das Haus top und auch die Lage.

Lots of space, it can accommodate 8 people. The quality of the furniture, kitchen, bathroom is fine. The beds are very soft and some mattresses you can literally feel the springs of the mattress.

Veel ruimte, het is geschikt voor 8 personen. De kwaliteit van de meubels, keuken, badkamer is prima. De bedden zijn erg zcht en bij sommige matrassen voel je leterlijk de veren vamn de matras

Beautiful surroundings. The cottage is in a beautiful place, surrounded by greenery and near a lovely lake. Big dissonant was an amteur trumpet player who was blowing false notes almost every day and intermittently throughout the day, Locatuie: a cottage next to ours. That took away a lot of our fun. If it wasn't a tenant but an owner I wouldn't go there

Prachtige omgeving. Het huisje ligt op een prachtige plek, omgeven door groen en vlakbij een liefelijk meertje. Grote dissonant was een amteur trompetist die vrijwel elke dag en met tussenpozen gedurende de hele dag valse noten aan het blazen was, Locatuie: een huisje naast dat van ons. Dat haalde een hoop van ons plezier weg. Als het geen huurder was maar een eigenaar zou ik daar niet naar toegaan
