This is a cozy group accommodation, located in the beautiful South Limburg hills, near Epen. The accommodation is located in an official silence area and is intended for groups who consciously choose peace, nature and respect for the environment. The accommodation is suitable for families, companies, quiet groups of friends and fanatic cycling and walking clubs. Active in nature during the day, relaxing together in a peaceful setting at night. The accommodation can accommodate groups of up to 36 people and has 12 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. There is a spacious dining room with a view, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace.Good to know: Because of the silence area, we have a strict peace policy: after 10 p.m. complete silence applies. Nuisance in any form will not be tolerated and in case of violation we will take immediate and strict action. This may result in termination of your stay without refund.

Directly from the accommodation you walk and cycle through rolling hills, hollow roads, forests and along vast meadows. The area invites you to slow down and enjoy the peace and nature. In the vicinity you will find picturesque villages, half-timbered houses and cozy terraces. For lovers of being active outdoors, this is a true paradise: hiking, cycling and mountain biking are among the most beautiful in the country. Cities such as Maastricht and Aachen are also a short distance away and offer plenty of opportunities for a day out.
