Nature house in de Lutte

Since April 2026 this detached field barn is all new and ready to rent, in the middle of the outskirts of De Lutte with an unobstructed view over the meadow. Will you be one of our first guests? We (Emma and Maarten) live next door in the yard. You sit here nice and free, but if there is anything, we are close by. The cottage is located on an old private estate. In the immediate vicinity you can walk beautifully through the woods and enjoy the peace and nature. We are doing a lot here ourselves, so the estate is visibly well maintained. The cottage can accommodate 6 people and is fully equipped. Downstairs you will find a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs are two more bedrooms and an extra sink. The beds upstairs can be made as double or single beds. Heating is via our wood-fired heating system. There is also internet and a smart TV. The surroundings consist of the typical Twente coulisse landscape: an alternation of meadows, hedgerows and woods. From the cottage you can walk or cycle straight into nature, with plenty of rest and space around you. You are staying in the outskirts of De Lutte, a village known for its green surroundings and location near the German border. From the cottage you can also easily reach Landgoed Teussink, where you will find beautiful walking routes through oak forests and across the estate. In the immediate vicinity there are various walking and cycling routes with vistas across the rolling countryside. For an excursion Oldenzaal and Ootmarsum are nearby, with cozy terraces and facilities. A nice place for nature lovers and those seeking rest.
