Our cozy off-grid guesthouse is located in a wooded area among olive and pine trees, surrounded by peace and nature. The accommodation is completely self-sufficient thanks to solar energy and groundwater. In the large natural garden there is a (shared) saltwater pool. There are also three RV sites on the property, but thanks to the spacious layout, everyone has their own spot in nature. Guests can enjoy a fresh breakfast, a hot meal or even a relaxing massage upon request. We personally welcome our guests and give a short tour of the guesthouse and its surroundings. You are free to enjoy nature in peace and privacy, but there is also the opportunity to connect with other guests. We are happy to share seasonal fruits and vegetables from our garden. Guests have a private entrance and free parking near the guesthouse. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Nature and surroundings
From our property begin endless hiking trails. We are beautifully situated among beautiful pine trees and lovely fields of olive trees. There are no nearby neighbors or highways. The landscape changes with the seasons: lush and green in spring, warm and golden in summer. Our friendly and curious cat Elvis might come and say hello. We are centrally located for fun day trips: - Tentúgal (within walking distance) with bakeries, restaurants and famous pastries - Coimbra (25 min): culture & history - Figueira da Foz (30 min): beach & surfing, also food & cocktails - Natural river swimming spot (12 km) - Aveiro (65 km): The "Venice" of Portugal - Bussaco Palace (50 km) - Talasnal (65 km): mountain village with stone cottages & beautiful views - Monastery of Batalha (95 km) - Porto (130 km) - Lisbon (205 km)
