Charming nature house in Nutter on the outskirts of Het Springendal Welcome to our charming 4-person nature house at the quiet and intimate “Bij de Bronnen” vacation center in Nutter. The house is fully equipped and offers a wonderful place to completely unwind. In the cozy living room, the wood stove ensures warm, cozy evenings. Is it raining outside? You can still sit outside on the spacious, covered patio and enjoy the greenery around you. Layout & Amenities: o Cozy living room with seating area and wood stove. o Fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and central heating. o Two bedrooms with excellent mattresses for a restful night’s sleep (thoroughly renovated/expanded in 2024). o Modern bathroom (completely renovated in 2022). o Fenced-in private garden: Your dog can safely explore to its heart’s content here (dogs allowed by arrangement).
Nature and surroundings
Step outside the door and you’ll find yourself right on the edge of Het Springendal: a fantastic nature reserve spanning over 300 hectares with springs, streams, deciduous forests, heathland, and es grounds. It’s the perfect starting point for beautiful hiking and biking trips where, with a little luck, you might just spot a roe deer! Less than 2 kilometers away lies the picturesque artists’ town of Ootmarsum, awarded a Michelin star for tourism. Stroll through the nostalgic streets lined with galleries, lifestyle shops, and cozy outdoor cafes. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll also find excellent dining options: from traditional pubs to gourmet restaurants with a Bib Gourmand listing.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €100.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.

- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
