In the middle of the open forest, near the Buurserbeek and the Oostendorper Watermolen, is our detached Twents Boshuisje. An attractive nature house with lots of privacy and greenery around you. Inside you will find a comfortable living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and fairy-tale windows overlooking the garden and trees. There are comfortable beds, a modern bathroom and several places to sit together or retreat. Outside, a large, private garden with several terraces awaits, where you can have breakfast in the morning sun or enjoy the evening with a nice drink. This nature house is suitable for peace seekers, active nature lovers and romantic couples. A cozy, complete base in the middle of nature!
Nature and surroundings
The Twents Boshuisje is located in the characteristic landscape of Twente, between forest, heathland, moors and meadows. From the front door you can walk or cycle straight into nature, with areas such as the Haaksbergerveen, the Buurserzand, the Witte Veen and Landgoed Het Lankheet a short distance away. The babbling Buurserbeek invites you to walk, bird watch, and in the summer you can go supping, kayaking, swimming and paddling. There is something to experience here in every season, from misty mornings over the moors to long evenings outside under the stars. Want something different? Nearby is the cozy village of Haaksbergen and the cities of Enschede and Hengelo, to grab a terrace, a nice dinner or a cultural trip.
