This nature house is a barn converted in 2025, where the trusses, both inside and outside and the beautiful heel have been preserved. The living room offers a view of the garden the meadows and the forest. Also located in the living room a well-equipped kitchen. Next to this is a double bedroom with view and access to the garden and then access to the spacious bathroom. From the storage room you have access to all rooms with also the stairs up to a 2nd double bedroom, which has beautiful stained glass windows from where you can look into the kitchen. P.S.: The pictures are made in the construction phase, there may still be some tools and almost unfinished construction parts to see, we update the picture when they are ready.
Nature and surroundings
This nature house is located in a small Twente farming village near the tourist attraction Ootmarsum. In the vicinity of nature reserves the Springendaal, the Bergvennen, the Canal and the Lutterzand. Further to visit is the beautiful Singraven, 't Lutterzand and the many wind and water mills. Culturally, the German cities Nordhorn and Bad Bentheim, museums are worth a visit. There is an extensive network of hiking, biking, Naober, Hilligenpad, Twente path available: Naober-, Hilligenpad-, Twente path available. Furthermore, in the field of sports Mountain-biking and swimming opportunities both indoor and outdoor pools and recreational lakes. Become acquainted with the Twente sport "klootschieten" is a must. Do you like good food then there are at least 5 culinary restaurants in the area, and of course also delicious eateries with terraces where it is pleasant to stay. In the summer there are many activities organized as Siepelmarkten, Boeskool etc. In short, plenty to experience and enjoy.
