De Vos Estate is located between Deventer and Zwolle, near the IJssel River. This Tiny house, built from sustainable, vapor-permeable materials, sits on the estate’s grounds. The house will be newly built in late 2025/early 2026 but will be furnished with all kinds of vintage furniture. From inside the house, you have an unobstructed view of the grounds, the forest, the pasture, and the orchard. From the kitchen-living room, you can access the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The furniture isn't very comfortable. There's no TV, but there are two beautiful English longhorns to look at. There's a shower, but no sink, except for the one at the kitchen counter. We also missed having a cabinet or shelf to store our clothes. They had to stay in the suitcase. Parking for the car is 100 meters away from the cottage.
