Landgoed De Vos is located between Deventer and Zwolle near the river IJssel. In the yard of the estate is this Tiny house made of sustainable, vapor open material. The cottage is completely new built in late 2025/early 2026 but decorated with all kinds of vintage furniture. From the house you have an unobstructed view of the yard, forest, cow pasture and orchard. The cottage consists of a living kitchen with large French doors that take you right into nature. The adjacent terrace faces southwest. From the kitchen there is access to the bathroom and adjacent bedroom with a double bed. A small, steep staircase leads to the sleeping loft with two single beds, where two children of eight years or older can sleep. The bathroom is simple but practical. Bed and bath linen are included and a first load of wood for a campfire is also provided. You can buy additional wood if necessary.
Nature and surroundings
On the estate chickens scratch, two English Longhorn cows walk in the pasture and vegetables, fruits and nuts are grown. Landgoed de Vos is located in Salland within cycling distance of Boerhaar and Wijhe. Wijhe provides all necessary amenities and is accessible by public transport. The nature house is located near a water catchment area so you can walk straight into nature. Near the river IJssel there are many walking and cycling routes and also the Sallandse heuvelrug nature reserve offers many options for walking and cycling. The two cozy Hanseatic cities of Deventer and Zwolle are 15 km away. Here you can enjoy shopping, eating out or grabbing a terrace.
