Step inside our detached farmhouse and be enchanted by this impressive wood-beamed studio that offers spectacular views of the Markermeer, Uitdam, Marken, Monnickendam and Volendam. Adjacent to the studio you will find 2 acres of nature reserve under your own management where you can walk freely through to spot birds and see hares running. The Markermeer is an excellent swimming and walking location.The studio is equipped with air conditioning and private spacious bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. A top location from which you can amply enjoy Waterland and its surroundings. From Broek in Waterland the bus takes you in 10 minutes to the center of Amsterdam.

From the detached farmhouse, the village of Uitdam is 1 km away. From there you can walk up the dike along the Markermeer to Monnickendam, Marken and Volendam. There is also the possibility of cycling this route. Waterland is an archetypal Dutch polder landscape surrounded by water. The silence at such a short distance from Amsterdam is truly unique.
