Wake up to a view of the Klarälven River and experience the real Sweden! The house is a charming, detached vacation home for up to **5 people**, located right on the river in peaceful Värmland. From the covered patio, you can enjoy views of the water, forests, and plenty of nature. In the fall, the forests turn shades of golden yellow, orange, and red, while winter transforms the landscape into a fairy-tale snowy scene. The vacation home features **3 bedrooms**, underfloor heating on the ground floor, a cozy wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine, and free Wi-Fi. After a day of hiking, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or skiing in nearby **Branäs**, it’s wonderful to come home to the warmth of the fireplace. Guests are also welcome to use our clubhouse free of charge, which features a wood stove, foosball, darts, shuffleboard, board games, a PlayStation 4, and internet access. A wonderful spot for those seeking peace and quiet, nature lovers, and families.
Nature and surroundings
Discover the peace and openness of **Värmland**, one of Sweden’s most beautiful natural regions. Surrounding Ekshärad are vast pine and birch forests, rolling hills, crystal-clear lakes, and the impressive **Klarälven**, Sweden’s longest river. Here you can hike, bike, kayak, fish, and spot wildlife such as moose, deer, beavers, and foxes. In winter, the area transforms into a true winter wonderland. Just a short distance away is the popular **Branäs** ski resort, ideal for families with opportunities for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and night skiing. **Långberget** also offers dozens of kilometers of cross-country ski trails and beautiful snowshoe routes. For a unique experience, you can opt for a husky sled ride or a snowmobile tour through the snow-covered forests. Be sure to visit the impressive **Brattfallet** waterfall and, in the evening, enjoy the silence, a clear starry sky, and—with a little luck—the Northern Lights.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 21 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
