This bright and cozy nature house has a sheltered terrace where you can enjoy sitting outside, having breakfast or enjoying the evening. The warm living room with comfortable furniture has French doors that let in lots of natural light. In the cozy corner there is a lovely ear armchair, perfect for reading a book or doing a craft. The kitchen has a combination microwave, stove, kettle, free coffee and tea. At the cozy dining table you can eat together or play games. The bedroom has a generous double box spring of quality, made up on arrival with fresh linen. The quiet colors and soft lighting create a relaxing atmosphere. In the neat bathroom you will find a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet, with towels already provided. Dogs used to traveling quietly with you are welcome. For them this is a pleasant place: walking together through nature and then dozing off on the terrace while you enjoy the peace and greenery.
Nature and surroundings
The yard borders a patchwork of meadows, wooded banks and sandy paths, in the middle of the characteristic Hondsrug landscape. You walk among fields, old oaks and historic paths where lapwings and swallows skim low over the land. In the area you will find extensive nature, such as the Bargerveen and the wooded areas towards Gees and Sleen. It is a special piece of Drenthe where you can walk, cycle and relax in a landscape that still has real space and where the outdoor life is immediately noticeable. Above all, you can hear the rustling of the wind and birdsong as soon as you step outside. Well-known hiking and cycling routes are within easy reach, such as the Pieterpad, the Vincent van Gogh route in the Bargerveen and the Flinten route through the characteristic esdorpen landscape In every season the area has its own charm, from the fresh spring greenery to warm autumn colors and winter days when deer are visible in the open fields.
