Welcome to our unique nature house on the Mookerplas - a special houseboat with private hot tub on a floating raft next to the boat. Here you stay literally in the middle of nature, surrounded by water, birds, tranquility and the greenery of the Mookerheide. From the moment you arrive, you feel the relaxation. The houseboat is located in a quiet spot on the lake, where you can enjoy sunrises over the water, silence around you and beautiful views. It is the perfect place to unwind, hike, fish, swim or simply enjoy the outdoors.The hot tub next to the houseboat makes the stay extra special. It is filled with natural water, cozy, warm and completely private - ideal for a romantic evening under the stars or a relaxing moment after a day in nature. Via the outside stairs you reach the spacious roof terrace with lounge sofas, artificial grass and a parasol. A wonderful place to have breakfast, read a book, feel the sun or just enjoy
Nature and surroundings
Our nature house is located in a special place at the Mookerplas, in the middle of a quiet and green nature reserve where water, forest and heath meet. From the houseboat you look out over the lake, surrounded by reeds, birds and the soft sound of rippling water. The vast Mookerheide and the forests of Groesbeek and the Maasduinen are a short distance away and offer numerous hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes. Besides the tranquility of nature, you will find plenty of liveliness in the area. The bustling city of Nijmegen, with its stores, museums, restaurants and historic charm, is within easy reach. Arnhem is also easily accessible and is known for its attractive city center, fashion district and beautiful parks. There are also many tourist attractions in the region such as the Afrika Museum, Museumpark Orientalis, National Parks, castles, wellness, recreational areas and water sports facilities. A perfect combination of nature, relaxation and fun trips.
