NEW - Welcome to our brand new nature house. We have just opened our doors. Come and enjoy the serenity and beautiful surroundings in Midden-Drenthe. The cottage is very private in the back of the spacious garden. Fully equipped with its own facilities, the house (80m2) offers space for 4 people. In the accompanying garden you can enjoy the view over the fields during the day and the most beautiful sunsets in the evening. Deer regularly walk through the field. The house has two bedrooms (Bedroom 1 with double bed, Bedroom 2 with bunk beds), a separate dressing room and a bright work office with a spacious desk. The spacious living room with dining area features a cozy wood stove. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a toilet, sink and tub/shower combination. There is Wifi available and a stocked closet with games!
Nature and surroundings
The nature house is uniquely located on a quiet, dead-end street that turns into a dirt road, less than 1 km from the village of Nieuw-Balinge. The cottage is located at the back of the garden and offers a lot of privacy. From the parking area in the yard you walk about 60 meters to the detached residence. At the end of the street starts the nature reserve "Mantingerzand", you walk out of the street and in no time you are in the middle of the nature reserve. If you cycle out of the street you are also immediately in the cycle junction network of Drenthe. Through these nodes you can easily discover Drenthe by bike. This makes it an ideal base for discovering the beautiful nature and atmospheric villages of Midden-Drenthe. The Dwingelderveld nature reserve is within easy reach and old villages like Gees, Aalden and Orvelte are nearby. Supermarket: 11km Train station: 12km Golf Course Martensplek: 2.5 km
