Our modern and cozy chalet is located in a beautiful, peaceful spot on our property. Enjoy the rural atmosphere and the natural surroundings of the cottage. The cottage is tucked away at the back of our property, offering unobstructed views of the greenery and our animals. The location is on a through road, so you may hear traffic at times. Inside, the cottage is simple, cozy, and fully equipped with all the amenities you need. Large windows create a spacious feel, making you feel truly immersed in nature. No unnecessary luxuries, but it does feature two comfortable beds (80 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen with an oven/microwave, a single-burner induction cooktop, a tea/coffee maker, and a cozy sitting area where you can unwind after a day outdoors. The chalet has a large private garden with both sun and shade, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the birds, and the nature around you. The cottage offers plenty of privacy. You can park on the property and safely bring your own bikes (or rent them from us).

Nature and surroundings

Escape to nature at our charming B&B on the outskirts of Berlicum and enjoy our idyllic setting. Peace, simplicity, and privacy! The grounds are filled with trees and greenery, offering views of our animals and… even more trees and greenery. An ideal spot for hikers, cyclists, and nature lovers, with beautiful forests within walking distance. Yet you’re also close to the hustle and bustle. Our location offers the best of both worlds, as the beautiful and lively ’s-Hertogenbosch is just 10 km away. For grocery shopping or grabbing a bite to eat, the center of Berlicum is just 2.5 km away. This village has three supermarkets, a few nice restaurants, lunch cafes, and shops. In this beautiful rural setting, we offer two charming cottages, each with its own character and style. Both are located on our private property, which is completely enclosed and fenced. The other guesthouse is also listed on this platform and is named “de Kom.”

Clean cottage. Nicely furnished. Plenty of space around the cottage; the porch was nice.

    Nature, peace & environment: 4 /5

It's a shame that the cottage is located on a main road. That means there's traffic noise. Other than that, there were several hiking trails we could take right from our cottage, surrounded by beautiful nature.

What does “Fireworks-free” mean?
The host indicates that the area is firework-free. Firework-free means that no firework bangs can be heard in and around the accommodation. You might occasionally hear some noise or see some light from fireworks set off outside the immediate area. It is important that you agree with the landlord on what you can expect.
