Mill grounds and Levern windmill In addition to the windmill, the mill grounds (approx. 10,000 m²) include several historic buildings such as a granary that is over 200 years old, a bokemill building, a fully functional wooden sawmill and bakehouse as well as a farm garden and a children's playground. With its spacious grounds, old trees, historic buildings and farm garden, the Levern windmill offers great and rustic motifs for wedding photos. The offer of civil wedding ceremonies in the Bokemühle has been well received for many years. The newly renovated Heuerlingshaus near the bakehouse can also be booked for weddings. This has made the spatial and organizational options even more attractive for couples who wish to tie the knot at the windmill in Levern.
